While Samsung LNT4665F perhaps the biggest selling 46 "TV on the Internet, does not mean that it is a good match for everyone. There are a number of serious errors with the television, every consumer should be aware of. If you're one of these brave souls are willing to buy a big ticket on-line without the foot in a brick and mortar store, then you really need to pay extra special attention. This can be both critical and painfully honest about this LCD TV.

There is anumber of problems reported with HDMI inputs for the LNT4665F. In the case of wondering what the HDMI, which stands for High Definition Multimedia Interface. HDMI is used to send signals to high definition TV. This includes gaming consoles, HDDVD / Blu-ray Disc, cable boxes, HDTV and digital video cameras / cameras. Basically anything that is not your basic standard television signal coax. The most irritating problem is a blank HDMI flashingscreen. TV screen just goes black from time to time when watching something that comes through the HDMI inputs. As disturbing as this problem may be the worst thing is that Samsung can not decide what the fix right. Sometimes they replace the motherboard, sometimes the software update, and sometimes just the blame on a defective device consumers HDMI input (mostly a cable box). Although not a problem with any LNT4665F, for the unfortunate few, can be areal headache. If you're really committed to the purchase of this LCD, you can at least want to check with Samsung to see if they have a good solution to this problem. In conversation with customer service before buying a product that really a smart move for consumers. It also gives an idea of how the company treated their customers before tracking money for their product.

Obscurity (sometimes called Mura) may have a problem with a pair of Samsung LCD models, including the LNT4665F. Ambiguityappears as a patch of lighter color than would be normal for the scene you are watching. This is most noticeable on darker screens. While they may be from a number of reasons for the ambiguity, the most common is an uneven thickness of the material in liquid crystal television. A very difficult problem to solve. If the ambiguity is really bad, the only real solution is to replace the television. Some owners have reported that clearing the clouds with a dry cloth, you can move from the screen. Otherproposal (at least my favorite) has suggested that a vent fan that blows on TV will solve the problem.

Although it is not really a problem with the TV if your order online, or when the TV, I would be remiss if released'm not talking about problems with shipment. Ring around the LNT4665F Samsung is not made of things stronger. It's basically a very thin plastic housing that can be susceptible to cracks, scratches and shared, even in the hands of the sweetestdelivery person. To make matters worse, the packaging used for these TVs from Samsung are not the most powerful. The bottom line is this, a couple of minutes when the TV is extracted from the package, check for any visible damage, and put it in Yes, this may indicate that the delivery guy / gal just waiting. Offer them a cup of coffee while we wait, if it makes you feel better. More importantly, however, you can also save you hours on the phone with customer support.
